Preventive Maintenance

The Project Diagnostics Preventative Maintenance aims to identify, within the area of production, effectiveness and efficiency of the maintenance process used. This survey is based on the main pillars that define the best practices, such as: Education and Training, Focus on Improvements, Safety and Environment.

Diagnostics to Distribution Centers and Warehouses

The costs of handling and storage associated with the improvement of general working conditions are important factors that must be evaluated in the management of warehouses. This tool allows us to evaluate these conditions and compare them with best practices and suggest improvements required.
Focused on issues such as: facilities management, picking, flow control, use of information technology and indicators, allows the establishment of improvement plan.

This system allows the determination of the critical components of machinery and equipment, based on questions directly related to the reliability of maintenance, the level of service required and the cost of storage.
By being flexible, allows the modeling of the questions based on cause and effect diagram making it applicable to the requirements of each client. The scorecard of the program is responsible for automatically point the results of criticality of each item.
